A/Prof Kaushik Hazratwala is a founding director of the Orthopaedic Research Institute of Queensland (ORIQL)—a leading, internationally recognized institute dedicated to advancing research and innovation in orthopaedic surgery and musculoskeletal medicine. 

Our Mission 

ORIQL is a non-profit, registered charity committed to: 

  • Conducting clinical and scientific research into musculoskeletal disease, treatment, and prevention. 
  • Driving innovation in surgical techniques, implants, and rehabilitation strategies. 
  • Improving patient outcomes through evidence-based practice.
